After spending the early part of her career observing the norms of federal contracting, Poupak realized that DC needed something different. Easy Dynamics was born.

Pirooz Javan

Chief Technology Officer

Pirooz co-founded Easy Dynamics in 2006 and has been racing forward ever since. In his spare time, he races cars and works on halting the annexation of his mancave by his children.

James Hirmas

Chief Strategy Officer

With 20+ years of public sector experience, James has a passion for solving complex business problems. He’s an Army veteran, and enjoys spending time boating and fishing in the Gulf.

Greg Gordon

Chief Delivery Officer

Greg is passionate about client delivery and operational excellence. When not working on continuous improvement, you’ll find him visiting a national park with his family or just out enjoying nature.

Abigail Whiffen Arney

Chief People Officer

Abigail has spent most of her career at multinational tech companies, with a focus on matching talent priorities with business imperatives. She studied in Paris and loves to travel the world.

Rich has a long career in technology firms with deep experience across the federal government. When he isn’t elevating Easy Dynamics’ performance, he’s usually playing, coaching, or watching hockey.

Coding is Pranav’s passion, and he appreciates all forms of science and technology. In his free time, Pranav enjoys staying on top of the latest in astrophysics, math, engineering, and motorsports.
